I have used Magnolia Dom catering in Detroit twice so far. Both for in-flight catering for one of the leading NHL teams. I trust them wholeheartedly with providing quality food for professional athletes and Pro-sports managers & coaches. Their presentation is above and beyond and their food quality is some of the best this team has experienced in flight. Recently a colleague had them cater a second NHL team.
