I trust them wholeheartedly with providing quality food for professional athletes and Pro-sports managers & coaches. Their presentation is above and beyond and their food quality is some of the best this team has experienced in flight. Recently a colleague had them cater a second NHL team. If Chef Dom has been trusted to cater now TWO NHL teams, then you can trust you won’t get better service and quality elsewhere in Detroit.
